Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the courier’s proof of delivery (that was delivered and signed for) to notify us if you wish to return your order or exchange an item. In this case, any returns are at the buyer’s expense. The item must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, as delivered.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke, made-to-order, or to your specific requirements.

Faulty goods: For any faulty goods that are delivered, we will require photographs of the damage and the packaging as opened. You can email these to the email address on your invoice. We will then ask you to wrap the item back up; we will get it collected, and if we have a replacement item in stock, we will ship it as soon as we have the faulty item back. If we do not have a replacement item, we will refund you in full the cost of your damaged item.

The Specifics

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return if you have changed your mind, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

    • Gift cards

    • Downloadable software products

    • Some health and personal care items

    • Bespoke, customised, and made-to-order products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without a return authorization.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

    • Book with obvious signs of use

    • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

    • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

In normal circumstances, if we have issued a refund, it should be back with you within 7 working days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund officially shows up on your statement.

There is often some processing time before a refund can be seen on your bank or credit card statement.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us here. We will be happy to see what happens.

Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email using the Contact Us form, and we will issue a returns authorization, and then you will be able to send the item back to our address. We will then gladly, upon receipt of your damaged item, send out a new one to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if you change your mind within the 30-day window for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is damaged or faulty, we will have the item collected from your address on the day that you will be present to hand it over to the courier.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
