General Terms of Sale

Please read the following important terms and conditions before you buy anything on our website.

All the items in our shop are handmade, all our own designs, and made with care and attention to detail, ready to be shipped out (items in stock) or after the lead time shown on the product page.

Our products are quality-checked at all stages, and we make sure they exceed our standards in all areas. We pride ourselves on our item descriptions and accurate representations of our products via photographs on our website and social media. We endeavour to make sure our items are accurately described and correctly portrayed.

If you feel an item is not as described, you can contact us via social media and email. We will do our best to resolve any issues that arise.
You are also protected by PayPal and SquareUp terms and conditions, which protect you should an issue arise.

Bespoke, Back Order, and Customised:
We aim to keep you updated on the progress of your item via email with text and photographs so you can see your item come to life. If we need to make a design change for any reason, we will consult with you before proceeding. Any delay in response will extend the lead time for your item.

If we are in the process of making your order and you wish to cancel, you will not be entitled to a refund due to time and material costs.

Lead Times:
On backorder products, there is a lead time. If you purchase a product that is on backorder, we will email you with the expected lead time, and if this lead time cannot be met, we aim to email you within 24 hours, notifying you of such a situation. If you are unhappy with the extended lead time, you may have the right to cancel and will be refunded. You must let us know immediately via email that you wish to cancel your order, as it will delay a refund.

Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the courier’s proof of delivery (that was delivered and signed for) to notify us if you wish to return your order or exchange an item. In this case, any returns are at the buyer’s expense. The item must be returned in its original packaging as delivered.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke, or made-to-order to your specific requirements.

Faulty goods: For any faulty goods that are delivered, we will require photographs of the damage and the packaging as opened. You can email these to the email address on your invoice. We will then ask you to wrap the item back up; we will get it collected, and if we have a replacement item in stock, we will ship it as soon as we have the faulty item back. If we do not have a replacement item, we will refund you in full the cost of your damaged item.

Shipping

Most of our items are shipped with DHL, Parcelforce, and Royal Mail (Monday–Friday). Smaller items are shipped via Royal Mail Track 24.

You must notify us immediately if you receive a damaged item upon delivery, and you must tell the courier to sign as unchecked or damaged. The items we send out are insured with the courier, and we carefully pack each item we send out.

Please note that we do not ship our items outside of the United Kingdom.

Payments

All payments from this website are processed via PayPal and SquareUp. The terms of which for PayPal can be found on the PayPal website HERE. We abide by the buyer protection programme, which protects you as a buyer should an item not arrive or if you feel it is not as described. Please see the above “Returns Policy.”.

Payments for bespoke or custom items are required in full prior to work being carried out. This covers all materials and costs incurred in acquiring the materials needed. You will receive an email stating the lead time and whether it can be met or if it needs to be extended. If you are unsure, please contact us HERE, and we will tell you the current lead time on that particular item.

We do not process card payments directly; however, we do receive data from PayPal and SquareUp, which consists of the item you have ordered, your address to ship the order to your door, and your email address for communication with you regarding the order. These details will be passed on to our chosen courier in order to ship your item. If you do not wish for your email address or phone number (for shipping notifications) to be passed on to the courier, please let us know. See our privacy policy here for more information.

Customer Reviews

The reviews shown on our website are genuine and true from real customers who have purchased items from us either locally or online. These reviews are gathered from a variety of sources and compiled into one database in order to be shown on our website. We do not engage in spurious activities to gain reviews, such as offering items for a discount or for free in exchange for a review. Nor do we engage in purchasing reviews.
All our reviews can be found in the public domain. If you wish to leave us a review, you are free to do so. We will add your review to our database in order to show it on our website; however, we will omit your surname and replace it with the first letter of. For example, “Shelly Smith” would show as “Shelly S.” We also add where the review can be found so that clients like you can see where it has come from.
